The master bedroom is situated on the left of the house next to the pretty kitchen and informal lounge with wood burning stove, while the 3 spacious and comfortable guest suites are down the right hand side. A beautiful high ceilinged, open plan, formal lounge and dining room is central to the house and opens up to both the courtyard garden at the front and the patio and pool at the rear. An elegant bespoke wrought iron balustrade leads you upstairs to a very private and out of the way study with desk space and a seating area - dormer windows make it an airy and comfortable sanctuary. Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to your reservation. A full refund will be given if a cancellation is made before the 2 week mark. There will be no refunds or compensation for late check-ins, early check-outs, Acts of God, Mother Nature, acts of war, acts of government agencies, road maintenance, gas shortages, a/c, power, TV, cable, satellite, internet, phone, or water outages.
Deposit Policy
Refundable damage deposit is due to be paid once with the rest of the balance amount of reservation. In case of no major damages, the deposit is due to be returned within 5 working days after check-out.
